What is meditation ?
Meditation is a type of action in which man tries to bring his mind to a particular state of consciousness which keeps our mind calm and by meditating, our power of thinking and understanding increases and through meditation we in our life We can be happy and healthy and by meditating we can build up our inner energy which brings positivity and happiness in our life.
Meditation means that no human can do it easily at once. So do not give up on just doing it on the first day. After 6-7 consecutive days, your attention will be focused on one thing and gradually its benefits will start showing. So do not leave it in the middle for only 1-2 days, so take only 15-20 minutes for yourself.
There are many types of mediation but we talk only two important mediation.
1 - Concentration meditation.
2 - Mindfulness meditation.
1 - Concentration meditation : - Sit in any quiet place and concentrate on one thing. You can concentrate on your breath. Focus your attention only on your breath for about 15 minutes, due to which your focus will be focused on only one thing. Apart from this, by repeating a single word again and again you can focus on it. Doing this will help you focus on anything.
2 - Mindfulness meditation : - Sit in a quiet place and don't think of anything in your mind, leave your body loose and allow the body to vibrate and just feel it. Feel this energy flowing upwards from your feet. Let what is happening happen and just pay attention to it. Continue this process for 20 -25 minutes and by doing this you should focus your attention on a single idea by zeroing in on all kinds of thoughts going on in the mind and if you say in easy words be fully conscious of what you are doing. Currently living is called mindfulness.

5 - It is believed that by meditating it improves our immune system and it helps in controlling blood pressure and lowering blood cholesterol.
