Migraine
In a migraine, a sudden rising pain in the right or left side of the head is called. What we call migraine is this problem caused by heat, mental stress and less sleep is seen more in women than men and the biggest problem of this disease is that it sudden headaches at any time of the day and in migraine people see signs of strong light, blind spot, tingling in the hands and feet, nausea, vomiting and light, increased sensitivity of voice. The headache problem ends in a short time after taking the medicine while the pain of migraine lasts from a few hours to several days.
People consider both migraine and headache the same problem, but there is a difference of ground-sky between the two problems. Headache is the main symptom of a migraine but it is quite different from a commonly occurring headache. A migraine usually causes pain in either the right or left side of the head. Migraine is a serious disease that is not easily treated.
Symptoms of migraine

Why does migraine occur ?
Migraine is caused by chemical changes inside the brain. There can be many reasons for this. In some, this change may be in the sun, in some by dust, by special food, by chocolate or cheese. In this, the specific neuro transmitter inside the brain changes. This is called a migraine trigger and people who are highly dependent on caffeine and suddenly stop taking caffeine abruptly are also a cause of migraine, and people who taken drinking and smoking is also have risk of migraine.
How to treat migraine
1 - Lack of adequate sleep also causes migraine, so sleep early at night and sleep for at least 7 or 8 hours.
2 - You all will know that exercising is very beneficial for our body, in exercise, through our sweat, bad elements get out and we feel good.
3 - If you massage the head, neck and shoulders with your hands while sleeping at night, you can get relief from this pain.
4 - People who suffer from migraine should stay away from junk food, fast food. Ingredients found in foods, chocolate, noodles, maggie etc. can increase the pain of migraine.
5 - To relieve the pain of migraine, put 1-1 drops of desi ghee in the nose daily. This will give you relief from its pain. Ghee can prove to be very beneficial in migraine pain.
6 - If a migraine is causing more headache, then immediately drink clove powder and salt mixed with milk. Headache will disappear by doing this. Clove is very beneficial for us.
7 - For migraine, mix 1 teaspoon ginger juice and honey and drink it. You can also put a piece of ginger in the mouth to relieve the pain of migraine. Consumption of ginger in any form relieves migraine.
8 - Don't be hungry for too long.
9 - Taking black pepper and mint tea is also very beneficial in headache. If you want, you can also take some mint leaves in black tea.
10 - If after a lot of effort, you are not taking the name of headache, then cut an apple and add salt to it and eat it. This is a very effective way to get relief in headache.
