2 - MIDDLE TRATAK - To do this tratak you have to keep your eyes open. You have to concentrate on candles or lamps, but doing this will have a slight irritation in your eyes, but daily practice will reduce the irritation and it enhances your eyesight and boost and boost our memory power.
3 - OUTER TRATAK - To do this tratak you have to concentrate by looking at the moon, sun or stars, it is done at noon or at night, doing it, keeps your mind calm and increases your concentration and removes negative thoughts.

Tratak has many advantages as there are many people who have many diseases related to the eyes, if they practice tratak regularly, then it also increases the eyesight of those people, and whatever the eye related disease Is it away and those whose mind is not focused on doing any work, or their mind is not centered at one place, they can also tratak, so that they will feel like doing any work and they will have their full attention any Can work And those who have negative thoughts in their mind and those whose mind is always negative, they can also tratak, so that they will be positive and they will not have any negative thoughts in their mind.
How to do tratak
1 - First of all, keeping the head, neck and peat straight, sit in a dark room and close your eyes and meditate for some time and then open your eyes.
2 - The focusing object should be kept parallel to the eyes, you can also use the candlelight.
3 - You can also use a burning candle or lamp to meditate, for that you have to keep the candle or lamp in parallel with your eyes, and keep your body around two feet away.
4 - Look at the light of the burning lamp or the candle so long as the water does not start falling from your eyes and unless you have pain in your eyes
5 - Keep in mind that while you are looking at the light, you do not have to swim your eyelids.
6 - Repeat this verb 3 or 4 times daily until you get used to watching for 10 or 15 minutes without blinking.
